A full training and facilitation service is provided, covering all aspects of Lean Manufacturing and Business Process Re-Engineering.

The training can either use standard training materials or specific training programmes can be created to suit the individual business requirement.

Prior to any commitment, a survey is carried out to understand clearly the ¨business need¨.

The main focus of most businesses is to reduce cost through the elimination of ¨waste¨ or non value-added activity and the survey can establish the potential savings. This initial survey is free and ensures that wherever possible, the help given is appropriate and often self-financing.
